Additional Booking Info
Requirements For The Booths:
10 feet x 10 feet (3x3 meters) of space (selfie booth space could be smaller).
Access to an electrical outlet (within 75 feet or 23 meters).
360 Video Booth cannot be placed in the sand.
Please check with your coordinator that there is space and nearby access to electrical before booking. We bring extensions and tape.
Booking Info:
It is a 30% non-refundable retainer fee of the chosen service/product to reserve your date. The retainer fee can be paid with credit card, debit card or Paypal. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event via credit/debit card or Paypal.
Bundle! Book 2 or more booths for 15% off your booth.
Taxes, Local Travel Costs, and Credit Card Fees are included in the price.
Please note: The Audio Guestbook, The Neons & The Backdrops have Free Pick-up & Drop-off between Secrets Maroma & Playacar. If your resort is outside this area, this can only be an add-on to a booth rental.
Please check with your coordinator before booking to ensure your venue has the space and capability for our services.
Choose up to a 4 hour service window. Services usually start 1 hour after the reception start time (1 hour after dinner service) and closes up to 4 hours later, or whenever your wedding reception ends.
Venue check-in and booth set-up begins a minimum of 2 hours before service start time.
All prices are shown in US Dollar.
Photo & Video Galleries are delivered online within 1 week of your wedding.
Please allow an estimated 2 weeks for production and shipment of your vinyl record after you’ve submitted to us your cover sleeve photos.
